Installing Orace JRockit JDK<\/strong><\/p>\n

Installation of JRockit is very simple. Just unzip the file located at <repository_location>\/installers\/jdk to any location where we want to extract the JDK files.<\/p>\n

We will extract the files at \/app\/fusion and it will create \/app\/fusion\/jdk6 directory. So we can set JAVA_HOME<\/strong> to \/app\/fusion\/jdk6<\/strong><\/p>\n

cd \/app\/fusion<\/strong><\/p>\n

unzip \/mnt\/fusion\/installers\/jdk\/jdk6.zip
\n<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

 <\/p>\n

Installing Oracle HTTP Server 11.1.1.2.0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will install Oracle HTTP Server 11.1.1.2.0<\/strong>. Next we will patch it to 11.1.1.5.0 <\/strong>to bring it to the required level for Fusion Applications 11.1.1.5.0<\/p>\n

Start the installation by executing runInstaller <\/strong>from <repository_location>\/installers\/webtier\/Disk1<\/strong><\/p>\n

[oracle@fusion Disk1]$ \/mnt\/fusion\/installers\/webtier\/Disk1\/runInstaller &<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

Select “Install Software \u2013 Do Not Configure<\/strong>“. This is because we will configure all components later in next section. Click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

This screen will check for prerequisites. Click Next<\/strong> once completed.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Provide the path for Oracle Middleware Home. Please note that this will be the parent directory for all other Oracle Homes and instances. This is generally called MW_HOME.<\/p>\n

Provide details as above and Click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deselect Email Notifications and click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Save the Summary if required. Click Install<\/strong> to begin the installation.<\/p>\n

Once installation is finished click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Save installation summary if required. Click Finish<\/strong> to complete the installation of Oracle HTTP Server.<\/p>\n

Install HTTP Server Patch 11.1.1.5.0
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Start the installation by executing runInstaller <\/strong>from <repository_location>\/installers\/webtier_patchset\/Disk1<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since we are installing the patch, the above details must be same as previous steps in order to apply patch on already installed Web Home. Click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deselect email notification and click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

Save the summary if required and click Install<\/strong> to begin the patch installation.<\/p>\n

Click Next<\/strong> once installation is finished.<\/p>\n

Save the installation summary if needed. Click Finish<\/strong> to complete the patch installation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Install Weblogic Server 10.3.5
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Start the installation by executing following java command
\n<\/strong>from <repository_location>\/installers\/weblogic
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

[oracle@fusion weblogic]$ java -d64 -jar wls_generic.jar<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

Select “Create a new Middleware Home<\/strong>” and make sure that the correct MW_HOME directory (as selected in HTTP server installation) is selected. Click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click Yes<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Deselect email notifications and Click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Select Typical<\/strong> and click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

It will display the list of local JDK already available. Since I had not yet unzipped Oracle JRockit yet, this screen does not show that. For you it will display the new JDK. Select it and click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Enter directories values as above and click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Click Next<\/strong> on the summary page.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Deselect Quickstart and click Done<\/strong> once installation finishes.<\/p>\n

Install Oracle Identity Management 11.1.1.2
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We will first install Oracle Identity Management 11.1.1.2<\/strong> and later patch it to required version 11.1.1.5
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

We need to first unzip the installation files from <repository_location>\/installers\/idm<\/strong> directory.<\/p>\n

[oracle@fusion provisioning]$ mkdir \/app\/fusion\/provisioning\/idm<\/p>\n

[oracle@fusion provisioning]$ cd \/app\/fusion\/provisioning\/idm<\/p>\n

[oracle@fusion idm]$ unzip \/mnt\/fusion\/installers\/idm\/idm.zip<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Start the installation by executing runInstaller <\/strong>from <provisioning_repository>\/idm\/idm\/Disk1
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

[oracle@fusion Disk1]$ cd \/app\/fusion\/provisioning\/idm\/idm\/Disk1<\/p>\n

[oracle@fusion Disk1]$ .\/runInstaller<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Select “Install Software \u2013 Do Not Configure<\/strong>” since we will be configuring all components later. Click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

Make sure to keep same Middleware Home as earlier installations. Select Appropriate name for IDM Home directory. You can keep it unchanged and click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

Save summary if needed. Click Install<\/strong> to begin installation.<\/p>\n

It will prompt us to run \/app\/fusion\/fmw\/idm\/oracleRoot.sh<\/strong> script as root user. Login in another terminal window as root user and run the script. Press OK once script is exected.<\/p>\n

Start the installation by executing runInstaller <\/strong>from <provisioning_repository>\/idm\/idmpatchset\/idm_patchset\/Disk1 <\/strong>directory

Provisioning the OIM Login Modules Under the WebLogic Server Library Directory<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Due to issues with versions of the configuration wizard, some environmental variables\u00a0are not added to the DOMAIN_HOME\/bin\/setDomainenv.sh script. This causes\u00a0certain install sequences to fail. This is a temporary workaround for that\u00a0problem.<\/p>\n

1. <\/strong>Copy the OIMAuthenticator.jar, oimmbean.jar, oimsigmbean.jar and<\/p>\n

oimsignaturembean.jar files located under the IAM_ORACLE_HOME\/server\/loginmodule\/wls directory to the MW_HOME\/wlserver_10.3\/server\/lib\/mbeantypes directory.<\/p>\n

[oracle@fusion Disk1]$ cp -p \/app\/fusion\/fmw\/iam\/server\/loginmodule\/wls\/* \/app\/fusion\/fmw\/wlserver_10.3\/server\/lib\/mbeantypes\/<\/p>\n

2. <\/strong>Change directory to MW_HOME\/wlserver_10.3\/server\/lib\/mbeantypes\/<\/p>\n

[oracle@fusion Disk1]$ cd \/app\/fusion\/fmw\/wlserver_10.3\/server\/lib\/mbeantypes\/<\/p>\n

3. <\/strong>Change the permissions on these files to 750 by using the chmod command.<\/p>\n

[oracle@fusion mbeantypes]$ chmod 750 *<\/p>\n

Creating the wlfullclient.jar File
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Oracle Identity Manager uses the wlfullclient.jar library for certain operations. Oracle does not ship this library, so you must create this library manually. We will see mention of this during provisioning.<\/p>\n
